KING KRULE - The OOZ
A stream of consciousness with blurred, indistinct edges, suspended as if in a trance state. King Krule's "The OOZ" is a kind of sprawling, free-form journey, black as night, in which the overturning of convention is the norm.
A total (non-)music in which jazz, blues and rock blend together in utterly unexpected and innovative ways.

Ulver - The Assassination Of Julius Caesar

The album you wouldn't expect, from the former champions of Norwegian black metal. Converted to the cult of the darkest, boldest electro-pop, Kristoffer Rygg and co. embark on an extremely ambitious (and extremely successful) concept album that charts the course of history to the rhythm of rumbling synthesizers.
