NEIL YOUNG - Prairie Wind

2005 (Reprise)
country-folk

Tutto sembra nero e inutile, senza senso.

Neil inizia a comporre, lentamente, prima, durante e dopo il ricovero all’ospedale di New York.

It’s only a dream and it’s fading now/ fading away/ just a memory/ without anywhere to stay“.

Il secondo omaggio, “He Was The King”, è ovviamente per Elvis Presley, figura mitologica e metafora di innocenza rock perduta.
