May Day Concert: here are all the acts. For Litfiba, a historic reunion on the piazza San Giovanni stage

20-04-2026

The 2026 edition of Rome's Concerto del Primo Maggio, promoted by Cgil, Cisl and Uil and organized by iCompany, is built around the theme "Decent work: bargaining, new protections and new rights for an Italy changing in the age of artificial intelligence."

Irama has now joined the line-up: following the release of "Antologia della vita e della morte", the singer-songwriter is gearing up for a summer that will also see him take to the stage at Milan's San Siro Stadium, strengthening a bond with audiences built over recent years through a string of hits.

Also set to be a major talking point is the historic reunion of the Litfiba, who will return to perform in their classic 80s line-up to celebrate the 40th anniversary of “17 Re“, as part of a project that has already brought the release of the previously unheard title track from that album, and which will see them on tour this summer.

Here is the list of artists announced so far, in alphabetical order: Angelica Bove, Birthh, Casadilego, Chiello, Delia, Ditonellapiaga, Dolcenera, Eddie Brock, Emma Nolde, Ermal Meta, Frah Quintale, Geolier, I Ministri, Irama, La Niña, Lea Gavino, Litfiba, Maria Antonietta and Colombre, Mobrici, okgiorgio, Primogenito, Riccardo Cocciante, Roshelle, Santamarea, Sayf, Sissi.

Rounding out the line-up are the three winners of 1MNEXT, the contest dedicated to emerging projects: Bambina, Cainero and Cristiana Verardo.

The live dimension of the performances remains central, conceived as a narrative tool. The concept "Il domani è ancora nostro" ("Tomorrow is still ours"), chosen by the artistic direction led by Massimo Bonelli, shapes a programme that brings different generations and languages into dialogue, pairing established names with new voices on the Italian scene. The result is a varied line-up that continues to define the identity of Rome's May Day concert: attention to artistic quality, sensitivity to contemporary languages, and the ability to engage with the most pressing issues in today's social context.

The event will be free to attend and broadcast live on Rai 3 and Rai Radio 2, as well as streamed on RaiPlay and Rai Italy. Rai Radio2 will follow the entire day with live coverage from the afternoon until late at night, including interviews from backstage at Piazza San Giovanni and original content for social media channels, as well as visual radio broadcasting on channel 202.

Arisa and Pierpaolo Spollon are the frontrunners to host.
