Born in Tuscany in 2000, Emma Nolde has quickly established herself as one of the most distinctive voices on the new Italian scene. Her debut "Toccaterra", a finalist for the Targa Tenco as Best New Artist, immediately drew critical attention, which identified in her path a solid, already mature trajectory.
After an intense run of live shows, in 2021 she began her first collaborations: with Generic Animal she released the single "un mazzo di chiavi, un ombrello lì in mezzo", while in 2022 she crossed paths with The Zen Circus on "Il diavolo è un bambino". That same year she released her second album "Dormi", preceded by the tracks "Respiro" and "La stessa parte della luna", both co-produced by Francesco Motta, who oversaw the entire sound development of the record.
Between 2022 and 2024 she alternated between touring and studio work, consolidating an increasingly defined artistic identity. The move to Carosello Records marked a new phase: in 2024 she released the single "Mai fermi", followed by a collaboration with Levante for the tenth anniversary of "Manuale distruzione" ("Nuvola") and a long series of concerts in Italy and abroad, with dates in France and Belgium as well. During the same period she took part in Uno Maggio Taranto and opened major concerts, including the trio Fabi Gazzè Silvestri's show at Circo Massimo, as well as gigs by Dente and Subsonica.
The singles "Tuttoscorre" and "Pianopiano!" paved the way for her third album "NUOVOSPAZIOTEMPO" (released on November 8, 2024), warmly received by audiences and critics alike and once again nominated for the Targa Tenco as Best Overall Album. The record was taken on tour through Italian clubs, strengthening her bond with audiences. At the same time, Emma Nolde was selected by Spotify for the GLOW and Spotify Radar 2025 programs, while Vevo included her among the artists featured in its Newcomers campaign.
Meanwhile, her live and collaborative work continues: she has been a guest at Brunori Sas's arena shows and has worked with artists such as Niccolò Fabi, bnkr44, Tedua and Giovanni Toscano.
In 2025 Emma Nolde returns to the stage for a new summer season, kicked off at the MI AMI Festival, where she performs for the first time as a headliner, presenting the single "Indipendente". A year after the release of "NUOVOSPAZIOTEMPO", she releases "Sirene (con Brunori Sas) – Live", while a few months later "Quello che deve essere sarà" also arrives.
That same year she opens the Premio Tenco 2025, confirming herself as one of the most relevant figures of her generation, and closes Milano Music Week as the main guest of the closing event. Her journey gains further international recognition with the Performer of the Year award at the Billboard Women In Music 2025.
