Chiello

Chiello, born Rocco Modello, was a member of the trap group FSK before launching a solo career geared towards more it-pop and singer-songwriter sounds. His debut album, “Oceano Paradiso” (2019), still shows ties to the trap world, which are largely dropped on the more depressed, at times suicidal, “Mela marcia” (2023). Next comes the more muddled “Scarabocchi” (2025), caught between it-pop and vintage references. In 2026, “Agonia” captures a moment in which he seems to show several affinities with Achille Lauro, at least in his “rock” period (so to speak…).
