Lana Del Rey debuts the previously unreleased “White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter” – Full video of the Singapore concert

13-10-2026

Lana Del Rey has returned to the stage after almost a year away, choosing a decidedly unusual setting: the Singapore Formula 1 Grand Prix. The American singer-songwriter performed a concert at the Padang Stage, revisiting some of the most important moments of her career and debuting live for the first time "White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter", one of the tracks previewing her hotly anticipated new album "Stove".

The show recreated the theatrical, cinematic atmosphere of her recent tours, with a stage set dominated by a small house with a porch and a swing on which the singer spent part of the performance, accompanied by a troupe of dancers. The setlist included classics such as "Video Games", "Summertime Sadness" and "Young And Beautiful", but the real surprise was the live premiere of "White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter", a single released this past February. The track, with its ghostly atmosphere and minimalist arrangement, was written by Lana Del Rey together with her husband Jeremy Dufrene, her sister and her brother-in-law, while production was handled by her longtime collaborator Jack Antonoff. It's the third single taken from "Stove", following "Henry, Come On" and "Bluebird", both released in 2025. Below are the live performance of the track and the full Singapore concert.

The new album has had a particularly long and troubled gestation. Originally announced in January 2024 under the title "Lasso", it was meant to be the singer's first genuine foray into country, a genre she had already flirted with through a handful of covers, including "Stand By Your Man", "Unchained Melody" and "Take Me Home, Country Roads". The project was later renamed "The Right Person Will Stay", before finally settling on its definitive title, "Stove".
Nearly three years after the release of "Did You Know That There's A Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd", which came out in March 2023, no official release date has yet been announced for the new record. In the meantime, however, Lana Del Rey has also revealed a second, still-untitled album, meant to accompany "Stove".

In a recent Instagram post, the singer spoke about the difficulties encountered during the making of the record: "So much has happened over the last four years, so much time spent waiting for things to fall into place and wondering whether it was right for other things to fall apart". Patience, she explained, was essential in bringing the project to completion, which she now describes as "a classic, beautiful, whole album, exactly as it was conceived".
As for the second record, which took shape alongside the first, Lana Del Rey describes it as the product of "doubt, hope and the realization that a new beginning truly means starting completely over". Both, she added, represent "two of my most beautiful works".
The live debut of "White Feather Hawk Tail Deer Hunter" in Singapore thus offers a fresh glimpse into an artistic chapter that, after numerous delays and changes of direction, finally seems to be nearing its release.
