After their Italian debut last June, Kneecap have announced their return to our country with two new shows scheduled for November.
The Belfast trio, who played their first Italian tour with stops in Milan, Bologna, Rome and Bari, will once again perform tracks from “Fenian”, the album released last April 24 on Heavenly Recordings. The new dates are set for November 24, 2026 at the Alcatraz in Milan and November 25 at the Teatro Cartiere Carrara in Florence.
Tickets will go on sale starting at 10am on Friday, July 3.
Kneecap – already named album of the month on OndaRock for their debut “Fine Art” – are one of the most talked-about and influential acts of the new Irish scene, blending hip-hop, electronics and punk attitude into a direct, provocative language. The Belfast group accompanied the release of the record with a statement that reflects the tone of the work: “They tried to stop us by branding us as ‘terrorists’, cancelling gigs, even with interventions from the Prime Minister himself. But we're still here. ‘Fenian’ is our response: darker, more defiant, more triumphant. An album for anyone who speaks truth to power”.
Here is the setlist generally played by the Northern Irish band on their Italian dates.

Produced by Dan Carey, who has also worked with Fontaines D.C., Kae Tempest and Wet Leg, “Fenian” is the band's third studio album, arriving after 2024's “Fine Art”, the record that helped cement their international profile. Among its most representative tracks are “Liars Tale”, an explosive blend of punk and rave born as a response to attempted censorship, along with songs like “Éire Go Deo”, “Palestine” and the title track “Fenian”, which combine adrenaline, satire and political denunciation.
Mo Chara, Móglaí Bap and DJ Próvaí describe the album as the direct result of the pressure they've faced: from accusations of terrorism over their statements against the Israeli government, to cancelled shows, to institutional condemnation. A context that, they explain, only strengthened their resolve. “Fenian” was born as a lucid, deliberate response to those who tried to silence them, and was made together with Dan Carey, the producer who has also worked with Squid.
In recent years Kneecap have also drawn attention for their stances on political and social issues, particularly the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Their profile was further boosted by the biographical film “Kneecap”, honoured at the BAFTAs and the Sundance Film Festival, which helped turn the trio from an underground phenomenon into an act of major international standing.
The tour marks the first chance for Italian audiences to see the band live, with a setlist spanning their entire catalogue, from their earliest material to the most recent tracks on “Fenian”.
