Fontaines D.C. – “Starburster”
A new single from Fontaines D.C. has arrived: it's titled “Starbuster” and previews the Irish band's upcoming album, “Romance”, announced in recent days with a minute-and-a-half teaser inspired by Shining by Stanley Kubrick and a 90-second musical taster (which isn't the music from “Starburster”). Produced by James Ford, “Starburster” recounts a panic attack experienced by Grian Chatten at London's St. Pancras station. The enigmatic video, directed by Aube Perrie, features the Dublin band's frontman emerging from a house with a bruised face, set to sounds built on loops and drum machines.

The track, titled “Davey Says”, follows in the vein of their alternative rock, looking back to the sounds of the 90s while still sounding fresh and original.
James McCartney – “Primrose Hill”
