JOHANN JOHANNSSON - Drone Mass

2022 (Deutsche grammophon)
modern classical, post-minimalism

Brani come “One Is True”, “Two Is Apocryphal” o “Triptych In Mass” potrebbero figurare benissimo all’interno di capolavori come “Einstein On The Beach” (1976) o “Koyaanisqatsi” (1983), ma Johannsson, pur rispettando i dettami di Glass, vi trasferisce elementi personali e riconoscibili.
