Rosalía: refunds issued for tickets to interrupted Milan show

30-03-2026

Five days after the interruption of Rosalía's concert at the Unipol Forum in Assago, operational details are emerging regarding refunds for the audience present that evening. Ticketing platforms TicketOne and Ticketmaster are currently sending direct communications to buyers, explaining how to obtain a refund for the cost of their tickets. As reported by several users online, the emails are being delivered to the addresses associated with the orders.

The official communications specify that, following the halt of the show due to the artist's health issues, a refund has been authorized for the ticket price, including the 15% presale fee. The refund process will begin on April 7th and continue through June 30, 2026.

The amount will be calculated excluding service fees, any delivery charges, and the “Biglietto Protetto” insurance policy. The refund will be credited via the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Those who purchased through vouchers or gift cards will receive specific email communications with further instructions. Once the process is complete, users will receive a confirmation notification.

In the days following the show's cancellation, a petition had also circulated calling for the date to be rescheduled. Based on current information, that possibility will not be considered.

The message to fans

After the early end to the concert at Forum di Assago, due to food poisoning, the Catalan artist reassured fans with a story posted on Instagram, showing her lying on a stretcher surrounded by paramedics, an IV in her arm, and a thumbs up. “I feel better,” Rosalía wrote in the story. “Thank you so much to everyone who was there for the love and understanding.” Below, the caption read “Thank you Milan,” accompanied by a small heart.

Rosalia

It's also hard to imagine the date being rescheduled: Rosalía's “Lux Tour” has a packed schedule through May 6th, when the European leg wraps up, before resuming in the United States on June 4th.

The interrupted show

From the very start, the evening at Forum di Assago had shown signs that something was off: the show began around 45 minutes late, there were unusually long pauses between songs, and the overall pacing was less smooth than usual for the show. Despite the difficulties, the singer-songwriter behind “Lux” tried to push through the performance. The situation, however, became untenable at the end of the second act.

After performing “Madrugada,” the Catalan singer went back to her dressing room for a few minutes before returning to update the audience on her condition. Nausea and vomiting, which the “Lux” heroine tried to ease by stepping offstage again to receive first aid from medical staff. Once back on stage, she asked fans for their understanding, explaining she was not able to continue, apologized, and asked them to leave the Forum in an orderly fashion.

Visibly shaken, the singer addressed the crowd with an apology: “I feel sick. I tried to keep going but I have to stop the show. I wanted you to have the best possible experience, this has never happened to me before. I pushed the show but I physically have to stop, I can't continue, I did my best.” The Catalan artist then added: “I'm so sorry, Milan, because I wanted the show to go all the way to the end. Let me see if I can recover and if they can do something for me.”

The show, structured in four acts, was called off exactly halfway through, after about fifty minutes.
