Radiohead, Thom Yorke: watch the full Sydney concert – Video and setlist

08-04-2026

Thom Yorke has released the full film of “Live at Sydney Opera House”, an audiovisual document drawn from the two shows held in November 2024 at the Sydney Opera House. The film, already screened in Australian cinemas in March 2026, is now being made available for free in its complete version. You can watch it below.

The recording captures an essential performance built on piano, electronics and digital manipulation, in keeping with the solo dimension Yorke has progressively refined in recent years. The setlist spans different phases of his career: solo tracks, cuts from collaborations and side projects, right up to a substantial selection from the Radiohead catalogue.

The setlist mixes material from ventures like Atoms for Peace and his collaborations with Mark Pritchard, alongside compositions born within the UNKLE orbit. The result is a sequence that alternates electronic rarefaction with more structured moments, while keeping a recognisable sonic coherence throughout.

Here's the tracklist performed:

  • Let Down
  • Packt Like Sardines in a Crushd Tin Box
  • Truth Ray
  • Jigsaw Falling into Place
  • Rabbit in Your Headlights
  • Atoms for Peace
  • Bloom
  • Not the News
  • Hearing Damage
  • Black Swan
  • Dawn Chorus
  • Default
  • Back in the Game
  • Everything in Its Right Place
  • All I Need
  • Cymbal Rush

The film comes at a moment when Yorke continues to redefine his live language, shifting the focus towards hybrid sets that are less tied to the traditional song format and more open to a fluid, performative dimension.

It was recently Radiohead musician Ed O’Brien who revealed that Thom Yorke is working on a new solo album, due out later this year.

In the meantime, the band seems set on sticking with a formula already tried out recently: a series of scaled-down tours, with around twenty shows a year spread across different continents. A carefully calibrated approach to live activity, running alongside each member's own intense solo output.

“What we're going to do is, every year, go to a different continent, and we'll play 20 shows a year. No more, no less”, O'Brien explained, making clear the intention to keep the schedule contained.

Thom Yorke hasn't released a solo album since 2019, when "Anima" came out, but in recent years he's stayed busy with collaborations and side projects. The latest is "Tall Tales", made with electronic producer Mark Pritchard, on top of the three albums released with Smile alongside Jonny Greenwood and Tom Skinner.

O'Brien too will return to solo work with "Blue Morpho", out May 22, six years after his debut "Earth". The album is produced by Paul Epworth, who has previously worked with Paul McCartney and Adele. As for Jonny Greenwood, he has announced "Ranjha", a new project with Shye Ben Tzur and the Rajasthan Express, also slated for May.
