Gli Anathema annunciano dal loro profilo Facebook una pausa a tempo indeterminato, dovuta alle conseguenze della pandemia.

“Dear Anathema family,

This is a year like no other.

We have all – including each and every one of you – faced unforeseeable challenges, which have had an impact on both our professional and personal lives. During this difficult time, this year's events have left us no choice but to take an indefinite break. As individuals, the time has come to pursue other paths in life.

We are extremely grateful for everyone's support over the years. There is no end to the love and respect we have for our fans for giving us the best years of our lives. The generosity you all showed after the unexpected cancellation of our tour will always stay with us. We could never have predicted how this year would turn out.

Thank you so very much.”
