Subsonica announce “Terre Rare 96-26”, the tour that will hit Italy's main summer festivals

Subsonica have announced "TERRE RARE 96-26", the tour hitting Italy's major summer festivals, kicking off next June 26th. Tickets are already available at www.livenation.it and at all authorized outlets, as well as through the Ticketmaster, TicketOne and Vivaticket networks.

The summer tour will follow “CIELI SU TORINO 96-26”, four special sold-out shows scheduled to mark the band's thirtieth anniversary and the announcement of their eleventh album, “Terre Rare”, out 20 March via Epic Records/Sony Music Italy.

"Terre Rare" is an album about journeying, about a sonic opening onto new geographies both real and imagined, a journey through time, above all through the present, with its wounds and its dreams, its deepest shadows and its glimmers of humanity. The Terre Rare explored by Subsonica are full of new sounds, more organic than in the past, and of instruments gathered during a journey the band made to the other shore of the Mediterranean.
