Murder Capital – "Can't Pretend To Know"

Irish band Murder Capital, among the most promising acts to emerge from the post-punk revival of the 2000s, have released a new single, "Can't Pretend To Know", the product of an intense, fast-paced recording session in Los Angeles under the guidance of producer John Congleton (known for his work with St. Vincent, Angel Olsen and Sharon Van Etten). The track blends noise and melody, with guitar feedback front and center. Listen to it below:

The Weeknd – “Timeless” (Ft. Playboi Carti)

The Weeknd is ramping up anticipation for his new album, and following "Dancing In The Flames", today he releases "Timeless" (featuring Playboi Carti), the second single taken from "Hurry Up Tomorrow". Premiered alongside surprise guest Playboi Carti at The Weeknd's sold-out concert in São Paulo on September 7, "Timeless" had already become a fan favorite when the live version was the only one available. "Timeless", produced by Pharrell Williams, marks the second collaboration between The Weeknd and Playboi Carti, following the single "Popular" (which also features Madonna and went gold in Italy), originally created for the soundtrack of the TV series "The Idol".
