Ahead of their 2019 European tour, art/psych-rock duo White Hills have released a new video for "Automated City", a track taken from their penultimate album "Walks For Motorists" (Thrill Jockey, 2015). Inspired by 1940s film noir and the avant-garde theatre of American director and playwright Robert Wilson, the video moves through a dark, dreamlike world of shifting perspectival effects.
Their packed November touring schedule includes no fewer than seven dates across Italy, some of them with renowned producer Martin Bisi as support. Here they are:
/11 Busto Arsizio (MI), Circolo Gagarin (with Martin Bisi)
/11 Roma, Psych Fest
/11 Loreto, Reasonanz (with Martin Bisi)
/11 Perugia, T-Trane
/11 Torino, BlahBlah
/11 Padova, Nadir
/11 Ravenna, Transmission Festival (with Martin Bisi)
/11 Ravenna, Transmission Festival
