Sanremo 2026: the first night's running order in order of appearance. Here are the competing singers and the guests performing at the Ariston

24-02-2026

The Sanremo Festival kicks off this evening, Tuesday 24 February, from the Teatro Ariston. The first night will be broadcast live on Rai 1 starting at 8.40pm. This marks the opening of the 76th edition of the event, with all 30 Big artists in competition making their debut. After weeks of previews and press-only listening sessions, the Ariston stage will for the first time host the competing songs in front of a television audience. Each artist will perform their own track, which will be judged exclusively by the Press, TV and Web Jury. At the end of the evening, the five most-voted songs will be announced, without indicating their exact ranking, sketching out a provisional first standings.

The show is hosted by Carlo Conti, alongside Laura Pausini and Can Yaman.
