New single in August and new album in 2023 for Algiers

08-07-2022

Straight from the stage of the Festival Arti Vive in Soliera (MO), after delivering a blistering live set in the rain, the band fronted by Franklin James Fisher has announced a new album due early next year (between January and February), preceded by a first single already set for release in August.

No more precise dates are available yet for what will be the fourth studio album from one of the most original bands of recent years, coming off three outstanding records: the self-titled debut from 2015, the 2017 sophomore effort that won over audiences for good, “The Underside of Power”, and “There Is No Year”, released just two years ago.

All that's left to do is wait for further reveals, and in the meantime we highly recommend not missing the shamanic energy of the Atlanta band live, starting with today's date at the Lars Rock Festival in Chiusi (SI).
