A little over two years after “She Reaches Out To She Reaches Out To She“, Chelsea Wolfe is back with a new chapter in her discography. The American singer-songwriter will release “The Dark” on August 21st, her new album out via Loma Vista, preceded so far by the singles “The Dark” and “Death Is Not The End“.
Alongside the album announcement, Wolfe has also shared a third preview track, “Cold”, which fittingly opens the album's tracklist and offers a further glimpse of the dark, intense atmospheres that will define the new work. Listen to “Cold” below.
“The Dark” comprises ten tracks. Here's the official tracklist:
The album follows “She Reaches Out To She Reaches Out To She“, released in 2024 to a warm critical reception, further confirming Chelsea Wolfe's artistic path between doom folk, experimental rock, electronics and gothic suggestions. Below is the cover art for “The Dark”.

In support of the album, the Sacramento artist will embark on a lengthy tour, kicking off in the UK in August, continuing through the United States and Canada in the fall, and wrapping up with a series of European dates between November and December. An Italian date is also planned, on December 12 at Live Club in Milan.
