Suoni dal Futuro, 8 cities, 12 music projects, 96 concerts. Starting back up from Palermo on October 1st

SUONI DAL FUTURO, the three-year project born from the meeting between Manuel Agnelli and the GERMI – LdC collective and SIAE – Società Italiana degli Autori ed Editori, dedicated to Italy's new music scene, kicks off its autumn tour on October 1st with a double date at Candelai in Palermo and the participation of six new artists.
After dozens of live shows and more than a thousand kilometres covered last spring, the spotlight once again falls on artists and small clubs: these are the stages where it's still possible to experiment, to search for new sounds and new languages that haven't yet found definitions or labels but are already shaping tomorrow.
In this new edition, in autumn 2026, SUONI DAL FUTURO carries forward a clear vision: to create a space where a new generation of artists can meet, express themselves, grow and recognise one another. New music scenes aren't born in stadiums: they come from the sweat of rehearsal rooms, from the vibrant experience of live performance and contact with audiences. Suoni dal Futuro tries to answer a need: to make room for those who are on their way up, to connect artists with audiences, and to help give rise to a movement. Not a snapshot of what already exists, then, but a place where the future of music can begin to sound out and express itself.
By the end of the 2026 season, SUONI DAL FUTURO will have staged a total of 96 concerts, 196 live performances, and 100 further live performances @Germi – LdC.
GERMI – LdC in Milan, the cultural space founded by Manuel Agnelli, Francesca Risi and Gianluca Segale, will carry on, as in the previous season, with five evenings a month featuring around 100 bands as part of an ongoing programme focused on originality, compositional quality and artistic identity. All the artists perform original material, helping to champion and sustain a culture of creativity and musical exploration.
SUONI DAL FUTURO Live Tour is the touring showcase that each year brings 12 selected music projects to clubs in eight Italian cities – for this phase Milan, Rome, Bologna, Naples, Palermo, Taranto, Pesaro and Turin – with 96 concerts in total split across two separate legs in spring and autumn. All the shows will be free admission, to foster direct contact between artists and audiences in venues that are landmarks of live music.
The second leg of the 2026 tour will feature Doobie Snack, Limonka, Mass Demonstration, Per Asperax, The Whistling Heads and Vittoria Donda. The tour will start in October at Candelai in Palermo and move through Wishlist Club in Rome, Spazioporto in Taranto, Auditorium Novecento in Naples, Spazio 211 in Turin, Urbica in Pesaro and Germi in Milan, before wrapping up on November 28 at TPO in Bologna.
SUONI DAL FUTURO represents the evolution of a journey already underway. The project grew out of the earlier experience of Carne Fresca, the showcase launched in 2024 at GERMI – LdC, which gave space to numerous artists aged between 15 and 30 selected from thousands of applications received from all over Italy. Around that experience a concrete network of opportunities and visibility has developed: from performances on stages such as the Festival dell'Economia di Trento, the Milano Film Fest and Afterhours' "Ballate per Piccole Iene" tour, to dedicated coverage in the media and on the radio show "Leoni per Agnelli" on Radio24. Alongside this, thanks to a partnership with independent label Woodworm and distribution by Universal Music Italy, a compilation of tracks was released that helped tell the story of and shine a light on this emerging new scene.
SUONI DAL FUTURO takes things a step further: turning that experience into a structured national project, capable of connecting clubs, artists and audiences and giving Italy's new music real places to grow, meet and be heard.
