Tyler, The Creator – “Noid”

Tyler, The Creator is gearing up to release his hotly anticipated new album “Chromakopia”, three years on from his previous record “Call Me If You Get Lost”. Out in less than a week (October 28), the record will include the single “Noid”, available to stream from today as the first official preview. A few days ago, the artist had already shared “St. Chroma”, a video that, while not an album cut itself, featured new music within it. Listen to the single below:

Bonnie “Prince” Billy – “Our Time” Ft. Tim O’Brien

Will Oldham, better known by his stage name Bonnie “Prince” Billy, is set to return with a new album. The record, titled “The Purple Bird”, will be released on January 31, 2024 via No Quarter, and stands as the natural follow-up to his 2023 work, “Keeping Secrets Will Destroy You”. Thom Yorke – “Back In The Game”

Thom Yorke drifting ever further from Radiohead. Having bluntly dismissed any talk of a reunion for the band behind “Ok Computer” (“I'm not aware of it and I couldn't care less”, his reply to a question on the subject in a recent interview), the English band's frontman , more absorbed than ever in his side project The Smile, has also kicked off his new solo tour. And at the Wolfbrook Arena in Christchurch, New Zealand, during the opening date of the tour, he debuted a brand new track, “Back In The Game”: you can listen to it in the video below.

Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory – “Afterlife”

Sharon Van Etten kicks off a new musical venture with her band, Sharon Van Etten & The Attachment Theory. Made up of Jorge Balbi (drums, machines), Devra Hoff (bass, vocals) and Teeny Lieberson (synth, piano, guitar, vocals), the group will release their self-titled debut album on February 7 via Jagjaguwar.

The result of a creative collaboration among all the members, the record was produced by Marta Salogni and marks a turning point in Van Etten's songwriting approach. “For the first time in my life I asked the band if we could just improvise. Words that have never come out of my mouth, ever! But I loved all the sounds we were getting. I was curious: what would happen?” the singer-songwriter said. The first single, “Afterlife”, comes with a video directed by Susu Laroche. Listen to it below:
