Depeche Mode – In The End
Depeche Mode have released a new track. It's called “In The End” and was recorded during the sessions for the album “Memento Mori“. The track, steeped in melancholy and introspection, unfolds over a bed of ethereal synths and Dave Gahan's intense vocals, guiding a reflection on time, loss and memory – the same themes that ran through the band's last album, marked by the death of co-founder Andy Fletcher in 2022. It's the first of four unreleased tracks included in the box set of the concert film “Depeche Mode: M” (2DVD or 2Blu-ray edition), out December 5th, which also contains the double CD of the live album “Memento Mori: Mexico City”.
Produced by James Ford, “In The End” retains the stark, shadowy aesthetic of “Memento Mori”, but takes on a more intimate, contemplative tone. Originally left off the album's tracklist, the song was rediscovered and released as part of a project dedicated to unearthing the outtakes from those sessions.

Rosalía – “Berghain” feat. Björk and Yves Tumor
Last week, Rosalía announced that her new album, “LUX” – the follow-up to 2022's “Motomami” – will be released on November 7th. Usually, such a short promotional campaign wouldn't include any lead singles, but in this case one was released: “Berghain”, featuring Björk and Yves Tumor.
The Catalan art-pop artist recorded “LUX” with the London Symphony Orchestra, which plays a far bigger role in “Berghain” than one might expect, given that the title nods to the famous Berlin club. The first half of the track is almost entirely carried by strings and Rosalía's voice, intense and operatic, before Björk takes over in the second part. Yves Tumor appears at the end, his slightly distorted voice unnervingly repeating: “I’ll fuck you ’til you love me.”
Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds – “Wild God (Live God)”
After a triumphant return to North American stages – their first tour in eight years – Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds capture that run on a new live album. Out December 5 via PIAS, “Live God” collects 18 tracks recorded during the North American and European dates of 2024 and 2025. The record will be available as a double LP and double CD, featuring, among others, “Papa Won't Leave You, Henry”, “Tupelo”, “Into My Arms”, “From Her to Eternity”, and a previously unreleased version of “Wild God (Live God)”, which precedes the album's release. Pre-orders are already open at this address. Listen to “Wild God (Live God)” below.
A little over two years after “Again”, Daniel Lopatin aka Oneohtrix Point Never returns to add a new chapter to his sonic universe. “Tranquilizer” is the title of the album, out digitally on November 17 via Warp Records, with physical editions set for November 21. Trent Reznor – As Alive As You Need Me To Be
Nonesuch Records announces the release of the soundtrack for “After The Hunt“, the new film by Luca Guadagnino. The album gathers the original score composed by Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, a selection of pieces by composer John Adams, and additional music by artists such as Ambitious Lovers, Julius Eastman, Ryuichi Sakamoto and Everything But The Girl. The film's images are accompanied by the unsettlingly elegant sounds of Reznor and Ross, two-time Oscar winners. “After The Hunt” marks their fourth collaboration with Guadagnino, following “Bones And All“, “Challengers” and “Queer“.
