Lathums announce new album "Matter Does Not Define": listen to the first single here

I Lathums, la band rock di Wigan che ha saputo imporsi con un sound radicato nella tradizione britannica e in una sensibilità lirica profonda, torneranno con il loro terzo album, Matter Does Not Define, in uscita il 7 marzo 2025.

Anticipato dai singoli “No Direction” e “Stellar Cast”, il disco promette di sviluppare il percorso musicale e tematico già intrapreso con “From Nothing To A Little Bit More”, uscito nel 2023. Con “Matter Does Not Define”, i Lathums continuano a riflettere sul mondo contemporaneo e sulle domande esistenziali, offrendo ai fan nuovi motivi per avvicinarsi a sonorità intense e testi ricchi di spunti poetici.

To mark the new album, the band will embark on a UK and Ireland tour in 2025, with dates expected next year that will bring the Lathums back in touch with their audience, paying tribute to that live dimension which has always been an essential part of their appeal. The single “Stellar Cast”, out this week, is a taste that reconfirms the band's ability to blend intimacy with bursts of energy. Listen to it below:
