Sanremo 2026: Levante releases the single “Sei tu” – Watch the video. On covers night she will perform a song by Gianna Nannini

25-02-2026

After her performance on the Ariston stage, "Sei tu", the song with which Levante is competing at the Sanremo Festival, is now available digitally and on the radio. "Sei tu" tackles the theme of identification: it tells the story of a person who, unable to put into words what they feel, observes its effects through the body's reactions. From the opening line "Ah, se potessi…" comes the idea for the video, built as a story told in reverse.

The video clip develops the theme of a second chance, imagining an alternative choice that takes shape and then rewinds. Levante finds herself at a crossroads: get up on stage and sing in front of a packed theatre, or follow the one person who has left the room and declare her feelings to them.

The song is part of a journey dedicated to love, already begun with the singles “Maimai”, “Niente da dire”, “Dell'amore il fallimento” and “Sono blu”. They will all come together on the new album “Dell'amore il fallimento e altri passi di danza”, due out in 2026.

On cover night, Levante will duet with Gaia on "I maschi" by Gianna Nannini, a 1987 song focused on gender dynamics.

Starting April 29, 2026, the "Dell'amore – Club Tour 2026" will kick off, organized by Vivo Concerts, with a series of dates in Italy's leading clubs:

Alongside her music career, Levante took part in the Rai1 miniseries "L'Invisibile – La cattura di Matteo Messina Denaro", directed by Michele Soavi and starring Lino Guanciale. She had previously acted in Pilar Fogliati's "Romantiche" (2023), for which she also wrote the soundtrack, and composed the song "Follemente" for Paolo Genovese's film of the same name (2025).

Claudia Lagona, singer-songwriter and author, has released the albums "Manuale distruzione" (2014), "Take care of yourself" (2015), "Nel caos di stanze stupefacenti" (2017), "Magmamemoria" (2019) and "Opera Futura" (2023). This year marks her third appearance at the Sanremo Festival, after the 2020 edition with “Tikibombom” and the 2023 edition with “Vivo”.
