Four Italian dates for England's Breathless

Active since 1983, Breathless return on tour, their first since 2014, to promote their latest work “See Those Colours Fly”, mixed by Kramer (Low, Galaxie 500) and ranked among the best releases of 2022. The English band's eighth album arrived after a long gestation period and represents the peak of their lyrical and compositional maturity. A long suite unfolding over nine tracks, where the ethereal dream-pop foundation brings together exploratory dark-shoegaze jam sessions, echoes of German cosmic music, psych incursions, and post-punk references.

For this run of dates, four of which are set in Italy between late March and early April, the classic line-up of Ari Neufeld, Dominic Appleton (who also lent his voice to the Ivo Watts-Russell's 4AD supergroup This Mortal Coil) and Gary Mundi (member of Ramleh and founder of Broken Flag) will be joined on drums by Marco “il Bue” Schiavo, from the cult experimental band Larsen.

30/03: Blah Blah – Turin

31/03: Il Progresso – Florence

01/04: RCCB Init. – Rome

02/04: Dome – Romantic Crypt – Avellino
