Mojave 3 are getting ready to bring their entire back catalogue back into print. On July 24th, the historic label 4AD will release newly remastered editions of all five albums by the British band born from the ashes of Slowdive. Preorder here.

For the first time since their original release, “Ask Me Tomorrow” (1995), “Out Of Tune” (1998), “Excuses For Travellers” (2000), “Spoon And Rafter” (2003) and “Puzzles Like You” (2006) will once again be available on both CD and vinyl. All the records have undergone a fresh remastering process at Abbey Road Studios.
The edition of “Ask Me Tomorrow” will also feature updated artwork with photographs by Colin Gray, while the other four albums will retain their original artwork. A collector's box set with slipcase will also be available, gathering the band's entire discography and including an 8x10 photographic print.
Mojave 3 formed in the mid-Nineties on the initiative of Rachel Goswell and Neil Halstead, determined to pursue a musical direction far removed from the shoegaze atmospheres that had defined Slowdive. Believing in the new project was Ivo Watts-Russell, founder of 4AD, who offered them a record deal after having followed the band's previous work with interest.
The lineup later expanded with drummer Ian McCutcheon, keyboardist Alan Forrester and guitarist Simon Rowe, formerly of Chapterhouse, helping to define the melancholy folk-rock sound that would set Mojave 3 apart on the British independent scene of the Nineties and 2000s.
