Megadeth: one Italian date on the farewell tour

Megadeth have announced the "Breakout: Hibernation Of The Nations Europe Tour 2027", the new European leg of the tour with which Dave Mustaine's band is preparing to bid farewell to audiences for good. After last June's show at the Ferrara Summer Festival, the group will return to Italy on April 6th, 2027 at the Unipol Forum in Assago (Milan), for what promises to be one of the most anticipated metal events of the year. Joining Megadeth will be two heavyweight names from the international heavy scene, Black Label Society and Testament, for a line-up that brings together more than forty years of metal history.

Presenting the tour, Dave Mustaine explained the meaning of this final European journey: "This isn't about saying goodbye. It's about celebrating everything we've built together over the last four decades. Every city has its own story, every audience has given us unforgettable memories, and we want to come back to celebrate all of that with the fans who made it all possible".
The band's leader also stressed the value of the line-up chosen for the occasion: "When we started talking about this tour, we wanted it to be a true celebration of metal. Black Label Society and Testament are bands we have enormous respect for, and having them alongside us makes these shows even more special. This line-up represents decades of heavy music, and it's going to be an incredible night for the fans".
