Next February will finally see the release of "Evermotion", the new and highly anticipated studio album from Guster, arriving five years after "Easy Wonderful".
Out via Ocho Mule Records, the band's own label, in collaboration with Nettwerk Music Group, the album will be produced by Richard Swift (bassist for the Black Keys and session player for Shins), who has already worked with Damien Jurado, Foxygen and Stereolab. "Evermotion" was recorded in just three weeks at Swift's Cottage Grove studio in Oregon.
The first single taken from the album is "Simple Machine", for which an acoustic performance video has also been released, which we present below.
