"Behind The Eyes", the sixth album of original material from Savana Funk, was released today: ten tracks that confirm the band's melting pot of afro, funk, blues and rock, reinforcing the immersive, hypnotic quality of their music. For the first time, the band also opens up to three sung tracks, a first in their discography, blending tradition and innovation.
Savana Funk are one of the most interesting acts on the Italian music scene, with six albums and an EP to their name and hundreds of shows played, making the live dimension their true trademark.
Alongside the release of the new record, Savana Funk have also announced the first dates of the "Behind The Eyes Tour", during which they'll renew the collective ritual that repeats at every show, a liberating moment in which body and sound merge into a single vibration.
