Peki Momés

Peki Momés is a Turkish artist based in Germany who started recording music in 2023 and has quickly managed to catch the attention of local DJs and producers thanks to an original blend of dirty disco, hazy funk, Anatolian grooves, experimental synths and Japanese city pop.

Before her self-titled debut album, she released vinyl singles on Mocambo Records, including “Göç Mevsimi” and “Rüya”, both warmly received by the organic groove scene.

Its sound explores these influences cohesively, blending psychedelic elements, jazz-funk and dance rhythms into a sound dubbed "Turkish discodelic" or "Turkish city pop", with lyrics that tackle dreams and existential anxieties.
