Ibisco

Filippo Giglio, known by the stage name Ibisco, was born in Bologna in 1995.

His debut album, “Nowhere Emilia, was released on January 14, 2022 via V4V/Virgin Music LAS Italy, and reveals an artist capable of renewing the singer-songwriter tradition, blending expressive intensity with darkwave, post-punk and electronic textures.

The debut album was presented live in Italy's major cities. He later released the single Darkamore – produced by Cosmo – featured on “Darkside Emilia,” the expanded edition of his debut album, enriched with new tracks and remixes.

The summer tour saw him perform with his band on numerous Italian stages, including MiAmi, Ferrara sotto le stelle, Villa ADA and Bergamo NXT.

“Languore” is his new album, out October 20 via V4V Records under exclusive license to Virgin Music LAS Italy.
