Etta

Etta, stage name of Maria Antonietta Di Marco, is an Italian singer-songwriter and one of the most interesting voices on the new national rock scene. Starting out in pop-rock, she has developed a personal style blending punk and pop rock, which she calls extreme pop. Through autobiographical lyrics and sharp criticism of contemporary society, she tackles themes such as alienation, disinformation, mental health and generational discontent.
