Release molto più breve e dinamica rispetto al precedente monolite di “Strange Keys To Untune Gods' Firmament”, “Fucked on a Pile of Corpses” vanta, comunque, ancora un suono scostante e paurosamente abrasivo. Tra power-electronics bradi e ipotesi di melodie (!) più o meno minimaliste (“Hanged Man’s Seed”, “Viper’s Fang”), Matthew Bower e compari fanno un deciso passo indietro in termini di ispirazione, soprattutto quando stendono dinanzi a loro impenetrabili muraglie harsh noise come “Defiling Their Temples With Bestial Lust”, “Anubis Station” e la stessa title-track.

Brani che potrebbero andare avanti per ore e ore, senza variazioni degne di nota. Merzbow, insomma, sarebbe entusiasta. Lo consigliamo, dunque, a lui e ai suoi adepti.
