Ritorno in solitaria per i Bastard Noise, sempre in prima linea nel proporre un micidiale mix di powerviolence e japa-noise. “A Culture Of Monsters” è un disco che non deluderà gli appassionati. Il canto gutturale e malvagio di Eric Wood troneggia tra le ragnatele d’acciaio di “Pincer’s Movement” e “Interior War”, nell’assalto tra Boredoms e Space Streakings di “If Another World…” e tra le staffilate arcigne di una “Me And Hitler” che prende il volo tra i fantasmi. “Lumberton”, invece, getta nella mischia anche improvvisazioni jazzistiche di piano elettrico.
