A top 15 of Queen albums, put together by a magazine devoted to classical music. It's the new ranking from Bbc Classical Music, which has gone through the band's entire discography, ranking every album from worst to best.
"With three volumes of 'Greatest Hits' packed with beloved classics from all over the world – from the timeless 'Bohemian Rhapsody' to the pop perfection of 'Killer Queen' and 'Radio Ga Ga', by way of the funk of 'Another One Bites The Dust' and the irresistible groove of 'Under Pressure' and 'Don't Stop Me Now' – Queen have provided the soundtrack to our lives," the magazine writes in its introduction. "And yet many fans have rarely ventured into their studio discography. For this guide to their albums, we've therefore focused exclusively on their studio work – Queen's live output deserves an article of its own – ranking all 15 albums from the least successful to the best, pausing along the way on some of their most significant songs and the lesser-known gems of their catalogue."
