The announcement of the new Oasis tour in 2027, with two dates in Rome (July 29 and 30 at the Stadio Olimpico), immediately sent fans scrambling for tickets. “The Most Destructive Pop Cultural Force in Recent British History has declared itself fit for purpose and will once again return to lift the spirit of the people. Come and see for yourselves. It's going to be a sight to behold,” the flagship band of britpop triumphantly announced. But getting hold of the precious tickets for the Gallagher brothers' European shows won't be an easy task…
How to buy tickets
For the Oasis concerts in 2027 there won't be a general ticket sale. The British band has instead opted for a system based on pre-registration and the random allocation of access codes, a procedure designed to handle the enormous demand expected for “Oasis Live '27” and, according to the organisers, to give “real fans” a better chance of buying tickets.
To take part, you need to register on the official Oasis website by 5pm on Thursday, September 17, 2026. Registration is the only public channel for accessing the sale, but it doesn't guarantee a purchase: only a portion of those who sign up, chosen at random, will receive a unique code and a link to enter the Ticketmaster platform via email.
You can only register once, listing up to three tour cities in order of preference. Duplicate, multiple, fraudulent or automated registrations will be excluded. Even those already on the Oasis mailing list must complete the procedure, while the email address on the Ticketmaster account must match the one used for registration.
The questionnaire also includes a question aimed at testing fans' knowledge of the band: “Which album did they release in 1995?”. A small test to identify the “true fans”, which inevitably feeds into the discussions of recent days between longtime followers and more casual listeners over the predictably frantic scramble for tickets. The codes will be sent by email between 24 and 27 September and will be personal and non-transferable. Receiving one, however, does not automatically mean getting a ticket: it will only grant access to the sale itself, while stock lasts. Each code will allow the purchase of a maximum of four tickets for a single city.
The actual sale will be spread over three days, from 25 to 27 September, through staggered time slots. Each selected user will be assigned a specific slot and will be able to enter the Ticketmaster waiting room up to 30 minutes before the indicated time. Tickets across the various price categories will be made available for each time slot.
Ticket prices
For the two Italian dates at Rome's Stadio Olimpico, scheduled for July 29 and 30, 2027, prices have already been announced. Seated tickets will cost €92.29, €166.12, €184.58, €221.49 or €276.86, depending on the section, fees included. For the pit there are two price bands, at €221.49 and €276.86.
On top of these come hotel packages, starting at €499 per person and sold in pairs, and VIP packages at €437.36, €490.86 and €651.36, fees included.
This new mechanism thus disproves the theories that circulated right after the tour was announced, when there was talk of a possible general ticket sale as early as the following weekend. Instead, there will be no “general sale” at all: to have any chance of buying a ticket, registration and the subsequent selection process will be essential.
The decision comes after the experience of the 2025 reunion, when more than 10 million people tried to access the sales platforms for roughly 1.4-1.5 million tickets available for the first UK and Irish dates. The 17 shows initially announced sold out in a single day, and the variable pricing system sparked major controversy, with the cost of some tickets rising sharply during the sale. For “Oasis Live '27”, on the other hand, prices have been announced in advance, but availability inevitably remains far lower than expected demand. In Italy anticipation is especially high: the two Rome shows will mark Oasis's return to the country seventeen years after their previous Italian performances.
