Born in the Seventies, he works as an office employee in Milan. A devotee of English new wave ever since his first Joy Division album purchase, faithful to the writings of Simon Reynolds and Jon Savage. As he approached thirty, he decided to have some fun exploring some of the most interesting crossroads of pop culture from the period corresponding to his own lifetime. The underlying idea is to treat rock not as a youth subculture, a prisoner of marketing and the mechanisms of the entertainment industry, but as part of the popular culture of its time, capable of interacting with Cinema, Fashion, and Art. It's an odd thing to do when looking precisely at the period that, according to many, follows rock's true "golden age" (the Sixties and Seventies) as a kind of decline and surrender to the music business. But things weren't so simple, and he intends to prove it.
