I was born on January 6, 1986 in Caserta, but I live in Casal di Principe, where music came to save me in the guise of Kurt Cobain. I graduated in "History and Criticism of Art" from the University of Salerno with a thesis on the relationship between the visual arts and music. Since 2007 I've been contributing to Ondarock, working mainly on in-depth features, in particular the "Milestones" column. For the quarterly magazine "Il Mucchio Extra" I published a short series of articles on the influence of artistic avant-gardes on rock music. I'm as stubborn as a Black Sabbath riff, but I love a good discussion. I'm as introverted as a shoegaze track, but I think I'm always kind and well-disposed towards others. I believe life is as absurd as a Robert Wyatt lyric, and that's exactly why I see irony as redemptive. I'm an incurable dreamer who, however, sometimes comes full circle into nihilism. In that sense, if I were a song, I'd be something like "We Must Bleed" by the Germs, but sung by Van Morrison. My spiritual guide is Marcel Duchamp, the food I could never give up is pizza, the affliction I'll never be cured of is Liverpool Football Club.
One of the most staggering and overlooked songs of the Seventies, credited to Dion and Phil Spector
The Boss sings the end of the dream in an Atlantic City hotel room
The genealogy of rock's burnt-out minds, traced through one of the sweetest songs ever written by the prophet of psychedelia
The prayer of a dying man abandoned to his own solitude, the heart of soul beating within the cold body of slowcore
