Elena Messana is a writer and podcaster passionate about music and the social history of media. She has written podcasts on art history and corporate training, but her favourites are Rock and the city and Rock and the city Berlino, due out in May 2025. She adores the 1980s (the politically engaged ones!), autobiographies, people's voices and recording studios — partly, no doubt, a professional quirk, given that she spent twenty years working in dubbing supervision.
In her stories there are no boundaries between pop, rock and classical music, cinema, urban planning, modern art, album covers, advertising, everyday life, science and poetry.
