Maroon 5

Maroon 5 are a pop rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1994 under the name Kara's Flowers, rebranded as Maroon 5 in 2001 with a new style and lineup. Led by singer and guitarist Adam Levine, they achieved international success with their debut album "Songs About Jane" (2002). Over the following two decades they built on that success with a string of international hits, high-profile collaborations with mainstream artists, and an entire catalog of pop-hearted songs lent, depending on the occasion, to funk, R&B, electronica or modest doses of rock.
