Lemon Twigs

The Lemon Twigs are an American pop-rock group from Long Island, New York, led by brothers Brian (born 21/03/1997) and Michael D'Addario (born 03/03/1999), both singer-songwriters and multi-instrumentalists.

Their revivalist approach has gradually led them to explore various historical musical genres. Leaving aside the self-released cassette-only release titled "What We Know" (2025), the Lemon Twigs' true debut came in 2016 with the album "Do Hollywood", an interesting, if rather unpolished, compromise between power-pop and glam-rock.

Starting with the following "Go To School" (2018) and "Songs For The General Public" (2020), more cohesive structures begin to take shape, still heavily indebted to the whole surrounding world of beat, psychedelic, glam and surf-rock, or in any case coming from the glorious '60s and '70s.

The melancholic "Everything Harmony" from 2023 seems to raise the bar, which finds in "A Dream Is All We Know" (2024) the perfect synthesis of the best ways to bring the milestone sounds of past decades into the present day.
