Joan Thiele

Joan Thiele, born Alessandra Joan Thiele on September 21, 1991 in Desenzano del Garda, is an Italian singer-songwriter and producer with international roots. Raised between Colombia, Canada, England and Italy, her music reflects these multicultural experiences. She began her career in 2015 with a cover of “Hotline Bling” and released her first EP in 2016. Her album “Tango” (2018) cemented her distinctive style, a cosmopolitan pop sound laced with r'n'b, soul and electronic influences. In 2022 she won the David di Donatello award for best original song with the track “Proiettili (ti mangio il cuore)” and took part in the Sanremo Festival in 2025 with “Eco”. Her second album, “Joanita” (2025), is more vintage and personal, starting with its title.
