J-Ax

The most mainstream pioneer of pop-rap in Italy, J-Ax (Alessandro Aleotti) rose to prominence in the Nineties at the helm of Articolo 31 alongside DJ Jad, moving from the era-defining success of “Così com’è” (1996) to the pop-punk turn of “Domani smetto” (2002). Having launched his solo career with “Di sana pianta” (2006), he forms a hugely successful commercial duo with Fedez, though things don't last between them. He becomes a TV personality and carries on a solo career that, in 2026, leads him to an unlikely country turn with “Vita morte e miracoli”.
