Faetooth

Faetooth are a Los Angeles trio who dig into the roots of doom metal to turn it into something more intimate, emotional and disorienting. From their very debut, they've built a nocturnal, vulnerable imagery, where heaviness and melancholy coexist with an almost shoegaze sensibility. Their songs move slow and saturated, like rituals suspended between restrained rage and the need for catharsis.

Their strength lies in overturning the genre's codes from within: massive riffs and dilated tempos become space to talk about body, identity and alienation, without posturing or self-indulgence. Faetooth don't chase immediate impact, but a form of total immersion, where doom becomes an emotional language and a shared refuge.
