Alberto Bianco

Born in Turin on January 10, 1984, Alberto Bianco, besides being an acclaimed singer-songwriter, has also worked throughout his career as a session musician (playing bass on several tours with Niccolò Fabi), producer (Levante chose him for her first two albums, "Manuale distruzione" and "Abbi cura di te") and songwriter (he has written for Levante and Giorgia, penning the former's "Chiamami tu", and the latter's "Parole dette male", presented at the 2023 Sanremo Festival).

Alberto released his debut album – "Nostalgina" – in April 2011, and the single "Mela" earned him the title of artist of the week on MTV New Generation. In the following months he opened for Niccolò Fabi, Linea 77, Dente, Le Luci della Centrale Elettrica, Noah And The Whale, and White Lies. In 2012 came his second record, "Storia del futuro", followed by "Guardare per Aria" (2014) and "Quattro" (2018), which made it into Italy's top 50 best-selling albums.

In 2021 came "Canzoni che durano solo un momento", accompanied by a lengthy tour that cemented Alberto's reputation, and in 2023 "Certo che sto bene", recorded live in Formentera in the span of just one week and produced by Taketo Gohara, capturing the energy of the Balearic sun and the colors of the Mediterranean. The album features two guest appearances that further boost its specific weight: the sun-drenched "Il tempo del mare" is shared with Margherita Vicario (who also provides backing vocals on three other tracks), while "Fuochi d'artificio" features the voice of Federico Dragogna of Ministri.
