070 Shake

Danielle Balbuena, the American artist born in 1997 better known as 070 Shake, is a rapper and singer from the 070 collective. She debuted with the EP "Glitter" (2018), a set of six tracks that hint little at her future output. While those songs are still tied to emo-pop-rap conventions that flirted with trap, her debut album "Modus Vivendi" (2020) places us at the heart of a futuristic journey between the digital and the organic. The young artist stands out for her evocative power and elegance, boldly relying on her own voice to convey an emotional torment that sounds moving, poignant and thoroughly contemporary. Her second album "You Can't Kill Me" (2022) is even less rhythm-driven, more melodic and intimate.

She has collaborated with Kanye West, Pusha T and Nas.
